WeRecover co-founders Stephen Estes and Max Jaffe participated in an educational Opioid Crisis town-hall meeting last night in Cincinnati, Ohio.  The event was hosted by Garrett Braukman, Executive Director of Alta Centers.  It also featured the principal interventionist from the A&E TV Show “Intervention” Candy Finnigan.  Other panelists were Dr. James S. Flowers of Driftwood Recovery, Cincinnati City Council Member Chris Seelbach  and Hamilton County Heroin Coalition Co-Founder and Chief of Police of Newtown, Ohio Tom Synan.

  • How Big Pharma has affected the current opioid crisis by manipulating doctors and patients to be more accepting of dangerous addicting medicines.
  • Solutions provided by progressive local law-enforcement that eschew arrests and punishment for addiction.
